What documents are required to onboard with MCS?
You will need to submit a signed MSA, a W9, a COI (Certificate of Insurance), and banking information (voided check or bank letter with your company name) for ACH payments.
Where do I send my onboarding documents?
All required documents should be sent directly to your MCS contact or the designated onboarding email provided.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Once all documents are received, processing typically takes a few days. ACH setup may take 2+ weeks before payments can be issued.
How do I know when I am fully onboarded?
You will receive a confirmation email along with an introduction to the field team once all required documents are approved.
