How do I get started with the Service Partner Portal?

Our Service Partner Portal enables you to manage company information, documents, and work orders in a single, centralized location. Invoicing capabilities will be available soon, complementing our existing mobile application.

Please take a few minutes to review this important information to start using the Service Partner Portal.

Getting Started

You can use your existing MCS mobile app login to access the Service Partner Portal. Visit service.fieldtechconnect.com/sign-in and enter your username and password. Then, to setup your profile, just follow the easy steps to complete the requested information including company details, insurance, client types serviced, trades provided, service areas and users.

Please note that if you do not have a mobile login, you can leverage Field Tech Connect to create a new account by entering the code you received during onboarding. Contact SPM@MCS360.com if you need assistance.

Why Use the Service Partner Portal?

Using the new Service Partner Portal makes working with us even more convenient and provides the opportunity to be assigned work across additional trades and/or service areas.

  • User-Friendly: The Portal is easy to use.
  • Document Management: Update your own documents (COI, W-9 so you’re always current.
  • Technician Management: Add or remove technicians effortlessly to keep your team up to date.
  • Work Order Tracking: Easily view your open and closed work orders for better workflow management.
  • Trade and Coverage Map: Access a detailed map showing trade and coverage areas to optimize your operations.
  • Increased Work Opportunities: Enhance your chances of securing more work with a complete and thorough profile.
  • Mobile Accessibility: Access your Salesforce data on the go with mobile-friendly features and a dedicated app (Apple | Android)
  • Admin Support: The Service Partner Portal will now allow your admin team to assist in updating work orders in the event your technician misses leveraging the mobile application.
  • Invoicing (Coming Soon): Will allow you or your admin team a desktop option to build and submit invoices seamlessly.
