What are the requirements to become a property preservation service partner?
To become an MCS Service Partner you will need to have an active business license, Insurance (GL; E&O, Workers Comp, if applicable), a Windows Based computer to run Vendor 360, an IC01 status with Aspen Grove, and equipment to complete work orders.

Property Preservation / Inspection Service Partners:
Partner with MCS to provide property preservation and inspection services for mortgage servicers and insurers.
- Maintain the condition and safety of residential properties and prevent code violations
- Work includes securing properties, winterizations, yard maintenance, cleanouts and general maintenance
- Inspectors capture the condition of the property, verify utility and occupancy status
- Specialize in one area or perform multiple services – perfect for handymen and women!
