What happens after the inspection is completed?
Client presence during an inspection is optional and depends on the inspection type and the client's preferences and availability.
Some clients may choose to be present for scoping, which involves assessing the scope of work needed, or for reviewing any potential damage that may have occurred after a move-out. This allows them to ask questions, gain a better understanding of the situation, and provide immediate feedback. However, it is not required for clients to attend, as MCS ensures that all necessary information is captured and communicated effectively.
To facilitate this, MCS provides detailed photo documentation for every inspection, offering a comprehensive visual record that clients can review at their convenience. This documentation includes high-quality images that highlight key areas of interest or concern, ensuring that clients have a clear and thorough understanding of the inspection results, even if they are not physically present during the process.
