When a national build-to-rent (BTR) developer learned a potential investor would be touring up to 62 single-family homes across four markets, they had only days to ensure every property was show-ready. The builder’s team needed a partner they could trust to visit each property daily for up to two weeks, ensuring curb appeal and basic readiness for investor walkthroughs. The tasks included:

  • Pressure-washing driveways
  • Yard touch-ups and trash removal
  • Capturing exterior and interior photos for daily updates 

In total, 62 homes across Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Colorado had to be serviced in a fast, coordinated push—starting in a matter of days.  

The Solution

  • Direct communication: Instead of routing through MCS’s standard platform, daily updates and photos were sent via text and email for maximum speed. 
  • Hands-on leadership: Field leaders coordinated directly with builders to address any issues on the spot. 

The Results 

The project wrapped in just one week—half the time originally planned—without sacrificing quality. The customer was impressed by the level of detail, responsiveness and professionalism. And the investor agreed the homes were in great shape, which led to secured funding for the builder’s next growth phase and expanded investor interest in additional markets.
